I am so excited to be launching this website. My name is Jodi, and it’s wonderful to welcome you to Writing Faith Studio!
I created this space to delve into Christian faith and life on the ground through writing and with writing. It is a place where justice, spirituality, creativity, and embodiment work, play, struggle with, and sustain one another. Here I will write about topics like white privilege, gender, bodies and power, writing and creativity as spiritual practices, and living a justice-seeking faith with a justice-doing God. In this studio, various genres and styles will take turns holding the mic: articles, resources, reflections, creative prose, ideas in progress, and maybe even a poem or two.
If you are curious or passionate about the intersections between faith, justice, creativity, and life, this is a space for you.
